Piptle Marketing Area License (PMAL)

Once our Franchise system rolls out, Franchise Partners (PMAL’s) will be able to purchase a Marketing Territory and will be granted the right to sub-license and build a team of “on the ground” sales agents called PREAL’s 

Aimed at the dedicated Real Estate Professional to gather, sub-license, co ordinate, coach and inspire a team of knowledgeable professionals to help manage, list and sell Property including Tokenised property, and Fractional property.  

The PMAL is 1 of 152 National Franchises that includes the right to run and create your own Piptle Agency Business in the domain of your own designated geocentric area. This territory, in most cases, will be a population cohort of over 100,000 people.

One of the core and central codes to being a PMAL agent is to be focused on closing the gap in affordable housing by providing all Australians, not just the top 16% of the population, with access to buy into the Property assets, or investments that return a passive rental income.
